AVM Ovation PAS 8.3 S Reference Streaming Preamplifier
The Ovation PAS 8.3 S is a reference streaming preamplifier with a tube output stage, designed for high-end systems using separate power amplification. It combines AVM’s X-Stream Engine, S-DAC, premium phono stage, HDMI ARC and a discrete Class A/B headphone amplifier in one precision aluminium chassis.
The ESS 9038 PRO Double-Quad S-DAC supports DSD256 and 384 kHz/32-bit PCM. Streaming services include Spotify Connect, Qobuz, TIDAL Connect MAX and internet radio, with Bluetooth 5.0, AirPlay 2 and Roon Ready support. The MM/MC phono stage offers adjustable gain, impedance and capacitance.
