Rather than functioning as basic power boards, Thor units are developed to help protect against voltage fluctuations, surges and electrical noise that can affect system reliability. The brand positions its products as practical infrastructure components within serious AV installations.
Thor represents Australian-designed power protection tailored for home entertainment systems.

Power Protection & System Stability
Thor units are designed to help reduce the risk of damage caused by electrical irregularities. In environments where sensitive electronics are in use — including televisions, amplifiers and media players — reliable power management can contribute to equipment longevity.
Some models incorporate filtering elements intended to reduce electrical noise within the system. The overall design philosophy focuses on practical protection rather than exaggerated performance claims.
Thor products are developed to integrate cleanly into AV racks and home theatre setups.
